- 1 – 6” inch whole wheat tortilla
- 1 egg and 2 egg whites
- ¼ cup grated 2% Mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz turkey
- ¼ avocado
- Scramble egg and egg whites in a pan or in microwave.
- Warm tortilla for 15 seconds in microwave then sprinkle graded cheese on tortilla.
- Top with scrambles eggs and turkey.
- Lay avocado slices on top, fold and enjoy!
